1950s Muhammad Ali Post boxing gloves. An extremely
rare original pair of 10 ounce gloves used by Cassius Clay in his
early career. These POST gloves are well worn, and have a wonderful
patina. They were given by Ali back in the day to Sugar Ray
Robinson. The gloves are marked in pen 'C. Clay' inside each glove.
They come with a certificate from boxing memorabilia authority Craig
Hamilton as well as a letter written by Ray Robinson II who acquired
them from his father, Sugar Ray. This is an unbelievable piece of
boxing history! |

This GoodYear podium cap is quite soiled. It is marked inside on the
tag '...made in Canada' and carved on the inner foam 'GV'. It was
awarded to Gilles in 1977 for one of his Formula Atlantic victories,
when he drove for Ecurie Canada, presumably either Edmonton, St.
Felicien or Quebec City. |

Shoei Quattro visor used by Ayrton at the 1993 Brazilian GP victory.
Ayrton drove the McLaren MP4-8 aggressively to the thrill of the
fans to win his home Grand Prix. In qualifying he wore a lightly
tinted visor, but for race day - which started out very sunny - he
switched to this dark tinted visor. The visor was signed in the pits
and given to the recipient, the head of a Brazilian tour company,
who has included both a copy of her pit pass and a letter. This is a
great piece of memorabilia for the Senna fan! |
