From a Porsche GT3, this is fixed Race Sport Bucket Seat. The OE Porsche seat has a black composite shell. The seat surface is upholstered in full leather and offers a good balance of comfort and a high degree of lateral support. This Savanna Tan leather seat has matching stitching and the seat is brand new and was never mounted in a car. The leather is a non-perforated grain finish with black trim pieces. The shoulders have extended wings and slots where a shoulder harness would go. The headrest has the traditional embossed Porsche crest on it. Your purchase includes a base painted in the color of your choice, shown here is an unfinished flat silver for display purposes only. Also available in Savanna Beige leather. Your order includes a custom painted base in your choic of colors. For example a 996 GT3 black seat is shown with a flat silver base.   Each chair we build is unique, the metal base  and frame are actually painted separately for each order with a professional automotive quality paint job in a deep, high gloss metallic paint.  Your price includes a custom color of your choice.  Match it to your existing car's paint, a trim color in your office or anything else you desire.  We only need a paint sample or paint code to get finish you chair.  We always have a few metallic silver and metallic black bases in stock for rush orders, for the custom paint it is a 3 week processing time.   ***After you place your order, you will be contacted to discuss and pick your custom base color***   The mechanics of the bases are a Synchro knee-tilter from Global's Ride collection.  They are a full metal base and frame with sculpted sport wheels.   The smooth synchronous tilting action maintains constant contact and support for your body in all postures.  There are sculpted shift levers at the side of the seat to control the synchro tilt mechanism and seat height.  The rotating pivot arms are height adjustable.    Racechairs come from actual exotic sports cars and racecars.  We find late model race conversions and parts cars and acquire the seats from around the world.  Once we receive a new seat, it is disassembled, the leather is cleaned and conditioned, the unnecessary hardware is removed and a custom bracket is created to place the seat in the optimal position.   SEAT CONDITION =  NEW *this item is a special order seat and not in our normal stock.  Additional production time is needed, please inquire for rush delivery needs.   Because Leather has natural markings, and these seats do come from a pre-owned vehicle, some wear on the seat is to be expected.  We have implemented a rating system to more accurately describe each chairs condition.
